All meals were planned, and Mark had to comply with the schedule strictly for 30 days. The meal cost him $ 1500 a month and was eating 5,000 calories a day.
One of the biggest problems that Mark faced was that the meals seemed to be more difficult to prepare than initially thought. It was very difficult to prepare seven meals a day, work, exercise, and take care of his family.
