Their presence is common in those places close to sewage disposal, and studies conducted in 2016 and 2017 the detected in various Spanish beaches, especially in the galician coast.
The beaches and also swimming pools can be a source of infection of fungi. According to data from the Association of Gynecological Spanish, staying with a wet bathing suit for a long time is the cause of 50% of the vaginal infections that occur in the summer. To avoid this, recommend the use of bathing suits, of cotton, change it after the bath and strengthening the hygiene of that area in the days of beach.
