At this E3 we have seen a lot of video games very interesting, but one that has caught our attention is Transference, a title that we met at the last E3, but this year we’ve been able to play a demo with an approximate duration of 15 minutes.
The atmosphere, the music, the incidental sounds and the gameplay are really amazing, we could even say that I am a bit afraid the game due to the level of immersion that is achieved to put the player.
Elijah Wood, who is a recognised actor of Hollywood, and that surely many will remember him for his portrayal of Frodo in the Lord of the Rings, is the creative director of Transference, to whom we interviewed to learn more details of this title.
Elijah has told us all the challenges that come with creating a video game, that are not so different from those seen in the world of cinema, and in addition the augmented reality games it is important to generate a dip in the players, to make you to feel the game as if they were there, why the atmosphere, music, and other items should be worked out with much care.
Transference is a psychological Thriller developed between Spectre Vision, and Ubisoft Montreal that tells the story of destructive obsession of a man as you explore your memories digitally recreated. In this game you will have to make decisions that will directly influence the future of the story, so you anticipate that each decision will take you to a different direction.
Transference will be released in autumn of this year, and will be available for the PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Don’t miss all the details of the interview in our video.
