Why have I gained 5 pounds since working here?
Work outside of hours
Your day ends every day at 19:00 h, but today, for the third day in a row, sales at 20:35. Our body is grateful for the routine and not having free time means less exercise and lack of sleep, influential factors in your weight gain.
Eat with head
If you’ve had a stressful day your body asks you for a pizza four seasons and a mountain of fried potatoes. It is not your body that speaks, but your mind. Don’t let the stress take over you and follow your diet.
Eat by the company
In the office there is always some excuse for a break and something to drink. Someone’s birthday, homemade cookies, a coffee shop or the guy you like is going to take a break now. Breaks are necessary, but should not involve a snack, if not, you will associate the tiredness with hunger.
In the days prior to the date of delivery, or work the office is in chaos. Stress increases the appetite and produces only want to eat dishes “pleasant”, those that satisfy more your mind than your stomach. Keep in mind that after a hearty meal, the nap attacks and don’t have time for her.
The light and the temperature affect your appetite
So much the temperature as the light are the determining factors for your stomach to roar. The dim light with a low temperature makes us more hungry.
