8 Habits disgusting in reality are poor

Although we have all heard that it takes 21 days for something to become a habit, this statement has not been really shown in practice. According to recent studies, you will need at least 66 days for a new form of behavior becomes automatic. However, not all of our habits inappropriate are really as horrible as we are accustomed to believe.

Great.guru made a list of the habits disgusting more common that we all have, but which, in reality, are good for our health.

8. Pee in the shower

It may be inappropriate to speak of urinating in the shower in a loud voice, but the researchers discovered that almost 75% of the people has done at least one time in life.

In reality, there is nothing to be ashamed of: uric acid and the ammonia in your urine can help you to prevent fungal infections in your toes. In addition, if you choose to urinate while you take a shower, you could save money on your water bills and toilet paper.

7. Spit

Spitting may seem disgusting, especially if done in public places. However, when you exercise can help you breathe more easily.

Chew peaches can help you focus, sharpens your memory, reduces stress and balances your hormones by elevating the level of cortisol.

5. Pulled gas

Even if you’re not aware that this happens, your body will release gas about 14 times per day and approximately 3 to 5 times during sleep. As a general rule, your digestive tract begins to produce carbon dioxide and methane about 6 hours after eating, and gas, or flatulence, will help your body to get rid of them. If you try to contain a gas, it can cause abdominal pain or swelling.

4. Burp

A good belch after a great meal is really good for the stomach, as it helps to relieve it of air that is more. Suppress a belch, and keep the gas inside the stomach can cause a stroke of gastric acid in the esophagus which, in turn, can trigger pain in the chest.

But, if you are burping too much throughout the day, you should probably see a doctor, it may be a symptom of acid reflux disease.

3. Nail biting

When you are biting down your nails, consume some of the bacteria that are above and below them. This leads to your immune system to start producing white blood cells that help fight these bacteria. Your body also registers the bacteria in your memory bank, so if you find a particular bacterium for the second time, you will already have lymphocytes able to overcome it.

In addition, some studies show that children who suck their fingers, or nibbling your nails are less likely to suffer allergies.

According to some studies, this horrible habit can actually help stimulate your immune system because the mucus that you eat contains many mucins salivary that can combat the bacteria that cause cavities. When you eat the boogers, you shoot your immune system to release white blood cells of the body and as well to defend yourself against this type of bacteria.

1. Skip the showers

If you give yourself a shower every day, you are washing away essential oils from your skin, and your hair that are necessary to keep them hydrated and protected. Even the hot water without soap can destroy many useful bacteria that your skin needs to stay radiant and elastic. Therefore, it is perfectly natural, even healthy, skip the shower once or twice a week.
