Google launches ‘stickers’ augmented reality ‘Star Wars’ and ‘Stranger Things’ for the Pixel 2

Google has announced the launch of a new version of the camera application to your mobile Pixel 2 which introduces the stickers of augmented reality and improvements from the latest version of the Android operating system 8.1 Oreo.

This new version incorporates the option for the user to use emojis and virtual characters, in addition to the stickers of augmented reality. For users to be able to use this experience you only need to open the camera, open the AR stickers, choose one of the packages and the desired scenario. We may for example, include imperial soldiers and space ships of the saga of The War of the galaxies:

In turn, the new version 8.1 Oreo incorporates improvements that are interactive, as is the function Smartselect. This option allows you to recognize the text by pressing the screen for a few seconds, highlighting the key words to suggest a step below, as you can access Maps when you point a direction. Another of the benefits offered by the new version Oreo is the Wifi function Speed Labels, that allows users to know the speed of the networks nearby.
